This scene from insidious has inspired part of our film, as the camera follows the woman walking around the house in one long take we thought that it built tension among the audience and was an effective technique. We have decided to try a similar technique for our film.

It is also a simple technique which we could do easily as long as we held our hands steady and made it look realistic.
